Sweetly does not collect any personal data. Specifically:
All information you enter (recipient name, phone number, location names) is stored exclusively in local app storage on your own device and never leaves it.
Location (GPS)
Used to detect when you arrive at a place you have configured as a trigger location (geofence). Location data is processed entirely on-device. Your coordinates are never uploaded, logged, or shared.
Wi-Fi / Network State
Used to detect your home or work Wi-Fi network as an alternative arrival trigger. The network name (SSID) is stored locally for comparison only and is never transmitted.
Contacts (Read)
Used only to let you select a recipient from your address book via Android's standard system contact picker. The selected contact's name and phone number are stored locally in the app. No contacts are uploaded or accessed beyond your explicit selection.
Notifications
Used to deliver reminders at the right time and place. Notification content is generated locally from your settings and message templates.
The app includes a built-in library of message templates. These are bundled within the app package and loaded locally. No content is fetched from external servers as part of core app functionality.
Sweetly offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full message library. This purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Google Play's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.
Sweetly does not integrate any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or data collection. The only third-party interaction is through Google Play for app distribution and in-app purchase processing, which is governed by Google's own policies.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. To delete all app data, you can:

Sweetly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we collect no data from any users, no special handling for children's data is required.
